Recently, my friends revealed something
that I found quite interesting…

If you’ve been around the IM (internet marketing) scene for awhile, you’ve most likely heard of SEO before, right?

At least that’s what I thought.

Well, they surveyed approx. 500 people on their list who are interested in making money online. Many stated they were interested in affiliate marketing, product creation, MLM, etc…

One of the questions was “Do you know what a
“SEO” is?”

68% answered yes and 32% answered NO.

To be honest…

I was shocked that 32% said no.

Well I am still looking for a Job, Gods Knows I need something as much as I love being home I am going crazy!

I have this empty feeling in my gut, I can’t seem to get exited about anything right now.

I know its all in Gods Mighty hands, I guess I don’t understand why this has happen to me and my family.

don’t get me wrong I am not blaming God, If anything I am at fault. God Please Help Me!

Well I am passing the A+ Class as of now.

And as I read this material I find so boring! It is not that same as taken a computer apart and putting it back together.

But I in the class to learn, So Wish me luck.

Well I started My A+classes Last night, WOW have things change a lot in the last 3-4 years.

It looks like I will be studying all the time, I just finish Chapter one, and man there is so much info I don’t know if my brain can handle it all. LOL!

But I am Excited and I really want to do this!

Man it has been a long time since I have had to look for work, it seems everything is so competitive.

I have a few Apps, in with the city so we will see what happens with them.

I have not had much time for training  with summer camp and looking for a job, but I hope to start back up in the morning, God Willing.

also the last few days have been hard on everyone at the dojo since our founder Mr Anderson passed away,

I have had the pleasure of being in 2 of his seminars, the last one  was about 3 years ago, and Mr Anderson made the comment about my kicks. He Said ” he would not what to get kiced by me that I kick like a horse”.

Mr. Anderson gave so much to us as man and a Martial Artist he will be missed by all those in the KMK and around the world.

My prayers are with his family and closest friends.

Tonight we went over the proper way to use a jab, and reverse punch, and then we sparred a few minutes.

Cody is doing much better, he has matured a lot as a Martial Artist.
I will continue to work with him, as the summer goes on, and write again later and tell everyone how he is doing.

I think the next class we will work on the hook punch.

Today I started jogging again, which seems to be the only way I can lose weight.
Jogging is hard on my joints, so I have to take it slow.

and the thing is that while I was jogging, I got sick and had to come back home, but tomorrow is another day.
I think I will jog three day a week and work on technique 2 days a week.
We will have to what happens.

Well I have been having some pain in my side again this past week, just as I had when I was passing the last kidney stone.

on a scale from 1-10 the pain is about 2.5. not to bad knowing it could be much worse.

Thank Gos for his mercy.

I happen to complete 48 pushups in a minute a couple of days ago, which is a bit down from what it was last year.
I will have to work harder!

Well I managed to train 2 days this week, even with a little pain from the kidney stone.
I can tell you this after a 3-4 week lay off, I am so Sore. LOL

I just got my Copy of the Brotherhood DVD that was made last at last years Gathering,
and what I have seen of it is great stuff.

I will review it more closely this weekend.
I have already seen some stuff that I want to share with my students, so I am excited!!!

Well It seems that this battle with kidney stones is taken longer than I expected, I have been having some bad pain since my lost post.

I do not understand why I have not passed it yet, as I am writing this I can feel the pain increasing in my side. I just don’t know what else to do, I am out of money because of the my visits to the doctors.
it seems that they want more and more money to fix me, LOL
So I hope God Will have mercy on me and let me pass this stone soon.
It takes all my energy, so I have not trained in over 4 weeks now!!
But I will trust in God, and drink lots of water.
